Editing Posts and Deleting Threads

I always prefer to be able to go back and edit posts, and delete threads. Is there any strong feeling about this?

Editing should be allowed. Are you sure that's not possible? There should be a button on the top bar of your post that lets you do it.

On my messages there are three icons: delete, report and quote

Okay, just checked the settings. Currently there is a 10 minute edit time after which it locks.

Would people prefer it to just remain editable forever?

I'd like it to be longer than 10 minutes at least. Maybe 24 hours or a week or something.

Changed it to 24 hour edit time and added a 30 minute delete post time.
