Get rid of status/level icon

On each post there is a big icon on the right of a cam that shows your status/level. Could we get rid of it? It takes a lot of unnecessary vertical space.

I would understand if the size of the image was related to how cool you are?

I went ahead and removed the post-based ranks for now -- we can always add them back later on.

Thanks! I was fine with the rank itself. The big icon was what annoyed me. But then, the rank is not that important either way.

I am learning about "Special Ranks", which are not post-based -- this is why you currently have "Ice Program Instructor" listed under your username where the image used to be.
